The funds will be invested for the development of the Monastery Kimberlite Project after the proposed listing of PureDiamonds Resources (Pty) Ltd on the AIM market in London and on the AltX in Johannesburg. |

Thabex will be the first company to list on the Soweto Stock Exchange or SSX as proposed by the Honourable Deputy President - Mr Ramaphosa today. On condition that the SSX is for the people by the people and not dominated by the big institutions, who trades with and between themselves and creates no real jobs, causing the barrier to entry to the financial markets to be out of the reach of ordinary citizens of the country. |

International and local guests visited the unique geology of large megacrysts of the Monastery Kimbelite pipe, including Dr Keith Whitelock who was the responsible person when the De Beers and Rand Mines joint venture explored the Monastery Kimbelite pipe duing the early 1970's. Monastery Mine much appreciates his valuable insights into the present and future development of the project. |

Thabex appoints Paradigm Project Management (Pty) Ltd ("PPM") to:

Conduct a base line estimate for Monastery Mine (Pty) Ltd's ("Monastery Mine") present Rehabilitation commitments and
2. PPM has also been appointed to conduct a Scoping study for the First Phase of Rehabilitation and a site clean-up of the Monastery Kimberlite project by designing a recovery plant to enable Monastery Mine to process all the available diamondiferous dumps and to also to recover the ilmenite contained therein, prior to commencement of open cast mining operations |

Monastery Mine (Pty) Ltd has agreed in principle, subject to a final agreement, with the Paris Multi Purpose Primary Cooperative Ltd ("Paris Coop") to include it in Monastery's Social Labour Plan development of a garnet polishing and beneficiation project in Marquard town.
Paris Coop is a a cooperative of 11 community members who came together to participate in new developments of Marquard for the benefit of the Coop and the community. |
