Angel Diamond Proprietary Limited (“Angel Diamonds”) (in liquidation)

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 2 April 2012.

The appeal against the discharge of the first provisional liquidation application of Angel Diamonds by Mr TP Mosebo, a director of Angel Diamonds, Case Number C OF A (CIV) 28/2011 (CCA/8/2010), was heard in the Appeal Court of Lesotho in Maseru on 16 April 2012. The appeal was dismissed with costs on 27 April 2012 against Mr Mosebo.
