UPDATE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Angel Diamond Proprietary Limited (“Angel Diamonds”) (in liquidation)

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 17 January 2012 relating to the second provisional liquidation application against Angel Diamonds, Case Number CIV/PET/01/2011, which was heard in the High Court of Lesotho on 30 March 2012 and judgement of which was reserved until 1 November 2012.
 
The appeal against the discharge of the first liquidation application of Angel Diamonds, Case Number C OF A (CIV) 28/2011 (CCA/8/2010), will be heard in the Appeal Court of Lesotho on 16 April 2012.
